What type of photographer are you?

I am a natural light, lifestyle photographer inspired by motherhood and childhood. I am not after stiff and forced smiles. My goal is to capture real moments with real emotion.

My work often makes people feel nostalgic and joyful. As a photographer, I deliver images that tell the story of now so that you can have keepsake images of your family to display in your home or cherish in an album. These images are an investment in the history of your family and the history of your motherhood.

Where will my session be held?

All locations are located near Kalida, Ohio. You may select the best one for your family in the questionnaire I will send via email. Alternatively, we can shoot in your own home which adds even more sentimental value to your images. Click here to read a guide on deciding where to have your session.

When and where do newborn sessions occur?

Newborn session occur in your own home and ideally occur within the first 2 weeks of life when baby is extra drowsy, but can be within the first month or two of life. I advise that if you are looking to book, reach out well before baby is born so I can ensure you have a spot in my schedule.

When do maternity sessions occur?

Maternity sessions occur at the 30 week mark. This is when you feel your best (hopefully) and you have a beautiful round bump.

What should we wear?

I want this to be stress-free and easy for you so I have created a style guide that will assist you in deciding how to dress your family. Ultimately, comfort is the most important factor because if you feel comfortable, you will look comfortable during the session.

Will I get my digitals after the shoot?

Yes! No more than 4 weeks after the shoot, the high-resolution digitals will be delivered via an online gallery that you can view at home. You can download all the images to your computer at once for your convenience.

What is print credit?

Digitals don’t keep and can be lost due to computer crashes or other electronic failures. Print products allow your photographs to be shared and cherished not only by yourself but for your children as well. Print products can be anything from loose photographs, to albums, to images displayed in your home. All are available to purchase with your $50 print credit (included in the session fee) from the gallery website and are printed from a high quality printing company.

Do you offer mini-session?

Mini-sessions are a special offer that only happens once or twice a year. To hear about upcoming mini-sessions, subscribe to my email list so you do not miss out!

How do I secure a session date and book a session?

Simply fill out the contact form by clicking the “Book a Session” button below. This will send me an email to let me know you are interested. I will respond with available session dates along with the bill for 50% of your deposit. Once that is paid, your session date is secured!
